A red light sleeve for the lower back and hips
This is a wearable sleeve that fits around a dog's lower back and hind leg area. As with every red light device we sell, we describe the hardware and leave the medical questions to your vet.
What the product is
- Wraps the lower back and hips — shaped to stay in place over the area rather than needing to be held.
- Two sizes — S and L, so it fits small dogs as well as larger ones.
- USB or rechargeable — plug in for a stationary session, or use the rechargeable version if the dog moves.
- Red and near-infrared LEDs — the wavelength ranges these devices are built around.
- Timed use — sessions as stated in the manual, no longer.

Talk to your vet first. A dog that is stiff behind, slow to get up or reluctant on stairs needs a diagnosis. Lower back and hip symptoms in dogs can be arthritis, hip dysplasia, a disc problem or a neurological condition, and the right management differs completely between them.
Never use on broken skin, wounds, lumps or an area a vet has not examined. Do not shine the light into your dog's eyes. Stop if your dog resists or seems uncomfortable, and never use a device in place of treatment your vet has prescribed.
