Washing and drying
Wash the mat cool on a gentle cycle and do not wring or twist it, as the current care guidance states that twisting can damage the foam. Air dry the mat flat and avoid a heated tumble dryer, which the source says can break down the core. Follow the supplied care label for detergent and cycle details. Place the mat only when both the backing and floor are clean and dry.
